Checklist for final check-in
- View Tournament Roster
- All waivers completed
- POA -Proof of age submitted
- Physical laminated player/coach passes – arranged in roster order
- Travel Documents (If Applicable)
- Official State Roster
- Permission to Travel or Liability Waiver
- Team Representative will sign off, freezing roster – no adjustments allowed after roster has been frozen
- Team Representative will receive the following items:
- Official Tournament Roster Copies
- Player Wristbands – 1 per rostered player
- Official USA CUP game ball
- Tournament Gifts
- ALL Fees paid in full
