Schwan’s USA CUP has grass soccer fields everywhere. That may be the standard here in Minnesota, but across the ocean is the island of Hawaii, where three teams from unique environments made their USA CUP debuts this week.

Alexander Mendoza is a pioneer and national champion in the unique and riveting sport of freestyle soccer. Freestyling is an artistic portrayal of the beautiful game, where freestylers wow crowds with miraculous juggling tricks and physics-defying feats of ball control unparalleled in the professional game.  Mendoza and his Innovation LA freestyle team put their “tekkers” on display on soccer’s largest stages, aiming to highlight a spectacular aspect of the world’s most popular sport. 

Guidelines for the Grand Dance Friday night

Come prepared to dance the night away during USA CUP’s Grand Dance, the final celebration of a fantastic week of soccer for our U15-U19 age groups. Located in Super Rink 7, the dance will feature a top Minnesota DJ, light show and Jumbotron. Dress and look your best as we spend one last evening together.
