USA CUP History

USA CUP is played at the National Sports Center in Blaine, Minnesota, located 20 minutes north of Minneapolis and St. Paul. The tournament was started in 1985 by the Sons of Norway, a fraternal benefit organization and was originally modeled after Norway Cup.

USA CUP Alumni

Since 1985 USA CUP has hosted a large variety of famous international soccer players, either as guests or players who participated in the tournament before achieving soccer stardom.

Sons of Norway Founder's Award

Schwan’s USA CUP presents the Sons of Norway Founders Award during Opening Ceremony. This award honors longtime volunteers and staff of USA CUP for their hard work and dedication to the tournament.
