June 1, 2010

  • »  Preliminary roster
  • »  Permission to Travel, non-Minnesota teams only
  • »  State roster
  • »  Hotel name, location, phone number
  • »  Preliminary dorm info: Number of players/gender, chaperones/gender

June 11, 2010

  • »  Final dorm housing list with player/chaperone names

July 8, 2010

  • »  Final USA CUP Weekend roster and liability waiver forms due
  • »  Final player fee payment for late roster additions

July 11, 2010

  • »  Final USA CUP roster and liability waiver forms due
