• Preliminary roster, including jersey numbers
• NSC liability waivers (Parent Account)
• Player and housing fees
• Travel documents – see team specific checklists for details
• Hotel name, city, telephone number
• Arrival/Depart information for all non-Minnesota teams

Dorm Residents

• June 1, 2013: Identify number of players and number/gender of chaperones
• June 13, 2013: Final dormitory housing list
• July 1, 2013: Last day to drop from dorm housing list and receive housing fee refund

Dorm Residents and Hotel Teams

• July 1, 2013: Final requests for airport arrival/departure transportation
