• "We've only got one shoe," is the unique cheer sung all week by players and fans of Scotland¹s Paisley United team. The Paisley teams puzzled Schwan's USA Cup fans with the cheer at this week's Super Soccer Series games, and even entered the stadium at the Event Ceremony wearing one shoe, with the other held high in the air.
  
  Speculation was the chant must have had some rich history or colorful tradition in Scottish soccer lore. Not so, say the Paisley players. It was dreamed up spontaneously when a Paisley player lost his shoe in a game and shouted to the sideline, "I've only got one shoe!²" Listen to the shoe cheer and many more Scottish soccer cheers in this audio clip.
