$150 deposit required per team at time of application.
If participating in both tournaments, $150 deposit per team is required for each tournament.
Excess cleaning charges and any damage to rooms will be deducted from the $150. Teams will be invoiced for damages that exceed $150.
Any damage to common areas will be prorated among the teams staying in the dorm and deducted from the $150.
A full refund of $150 or balance is refundable 60 days following the tournament.
Teams dropping from the tournament July 1 will not receive a refund of $150.
Chaperones
A minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 chaperones are required.
Chaperones must be 21.
Coaches staying in the dorm are considered chaperones.
No siblings are permitted to stay in the dorm.
Individuals dropping from the dorm July 1 will not receive a refund of the housing fee; the player fee will be refunded.
Alcohol/drugs/smoking is not permitted in any dorm, including adult rooms. Vandalism, harassment, violence in any form, verbal or physical intimidation, gambling or inappropriate language is not tolerated. Players and adults in violation will be evicted from the dormitory immediately; players will be ejected from the tournament.
